If anybody is still watching any of these, this is our farewell to Disney.

Making these videos has let us live the Disney experience just a little bit longer.

Thanks for watching them

We have 2 parts on our last day in LA which we are having trouble uploading. But we went down Hollywood and saw all the crazies and then we went into the El Capitan theatre which is owned by Disney.

Thanks Karlie and your DH for the awesome videos and keeping the excitement going. I can't wait til we go to Disenyland this year!

I've really enjoyed them all - so much so I was really sad when this video ended knowing it was 'goodbye'

I wondered with the mentions of gift shops at the end of every ride if the Disney magic was wearing a little thin by the end of your trip:rotfl:

As a round up of your trip what were your must dos or don't bothers and did you have any tips that you didn't know before you went?

Thanks for posting the videos, I've 'liked' your page on facebook too!

I've really enjoyed the videos too.

Enjoyed the Hollywood one too, that is one place filled with crazy people :rotfl: :hyper:

Thanks for sharing with us :goodvibes

haha yer the gift shops where getting a bit ho hum. So glad you liked the videos, I would recommend anyone take heaps of video when over there so it can be re lived over and over again.:)

We properly would only do 1 character dining next time because there are so many characters around the park for free. The other thing is we would take more time to stay at Disney. We did it in 6 days and 7 nights and really needed at least 9 days so we could have a break in the middle to just catch our breath.
It totally wrecked us at the end and we didn't get to see all the attractions.
The Free dining plan we got made it a lot cheaper. Proberly wouldn't pay for the Dining plan as we didn't use it all anyway.
Also buy things from the Internet and get them sent to your room its so much cheaper than from in the parks. We saved 60% on a lot of Disney Merchandise that way.

Thanks they are great tips! `I was planning on doing some character dining with the belief that is would save us time queuing for characters when we could be on rides - but maybe queues were not too bad in November?

We are going to buy a new video camera before we go - we haven't looked into it yet though. We have a video camera but it is rubbish in low light so I want to shop around for a better one. Would you recommend the camera you were using? We are in the market for a new stills too (probably the Nikon D90 but still not 100% committed).

I love to hear anyone tell me I should be shopping on the net!:cool1: I already have a list as long as my arm with 6 months to go:) I will definitely get some Disney souvenirs online - thanks:goodvibes

We are staying 16 nights so we have a lot of time to relax as well as tour, as well as rest days I think we will also do quite a few half park days where we come back to rest and relax after lunch and then maybe go to another resort for dinner. We head straight from WDW to Washington and NY so I am very conscious of us being exhausted half way through our holiday and not fully enjoying the rest.

I think you will be enjoying the videos in 20 years time - you have really encouraged me to take a lot of video. So much of the character interaction isn't caught in a photo.

Karlie has handballed me this one,

I def would NOT recommend the video camera we had, its a piece of crap. Its a JVC and terrible in low light. I are looking at the Canon XF100 for our next trip (its a beast) or the smaller brother which is a lot cheaper is the Canon XA10.Google both of those and see what you think. Canon make great video cameras. I would Def recommend our stills camera which is the Canon 60D and just quietly the 60D takes really nice video. The only prob with the DSLR cameras for video is they have NO AUTO FOCUS. You are so right 20 years later you will be able to sit down and watch the videos and really re live that moment in time unlike a standard photos. I would however recommend you edit them up on your computer as too get rid of all the JUNK FOOTAGE that gets boring to watch. I use Apple Macbook Pro and its so easy to make videos look good. All of the footage of ours was quite bad really (due to crap camera) but it was disguised quite well in the final edited product. If you need any help please dont hesitate to ask. It would be good to see some videos from other peoples views:)

Regards Steve (Hubby)
