Cooling vest

I just ordered a cooling vest for my July trip to WDW. My question for those of you who already use one---Will one be enough or do I need to look at taking 2 of them. I also made 6 cooling neckerchiefs.

Also--do you wear them over your regular clothes? Do they get your clothes wet enough that I should plan on just Tshirts (and of course shorts ) under it?

Well, I guess I'll make a few trial runs when the vest gets here--they said about 10 days to two weeks. (Why do items purchased from medical suppliers take longer than regular merchants! )
