I want to invest in some cooling items before my next trip. I have MS and need some help with the heat both in general (my office is routinely 80 degrees and my employer is not willing to do anything about it) and with the heat at WDW. Seeking opinions/experiences from folks about the various companies that sell cooling scarves, hats, vests, etc.

I got mine free through the national ms foundation.

Just filled out paperwork online and they sent it out to me. Very nice and helps a lot with MS heat issues.

You should talk with your boss and let him know that not making accommodations for someones disability is illegal.

I got my cooling kit from http://www.msassociation.org/programs/cooling/. It is a vest, a neck piece and two wrist pieces from Steele which use ice packs or frozen gel packs.

I have also gotten neck coolers from Blubandoo - the kind you soak in water. I also got a hat and some soakable wrist things through Amazon. The neck and wrist coolers that you soak in water would be easy to use in a work setting.
