Coolest free app for loyalty cards!

I just found the coolest app last night called Cardstar. It lets you scan or type all your loyalty cards into your iphone, so no more digging for them in your wallet or dangling from your keychain. The checker can scan your phone at the checkout.

Thank you for reminding me of this! I had heard of it before, meant to download it, and forgot. Has anyone used this? It sounds so neat. I keep all my loyalty cards on a keyring by themselves so it isn't a big deal but if I didn't bring my purse in then I don't have them. I always have my phone with me!

I love cardstar! I still haven't stopped carrying everything on it, just in case, but a lot of my cards are now stored at home and I just pull it up on my blackberry!

Also keeps your frequent flyer numbers, hotel things. A great app.

I use an app called keyring for the same thing. I put it on the front page of my phone so it's really quick. The cashiers at stores seem to be used to it now. At first, they were totally puzzled!
