Im currently killin this trip and want to share a strat I use.
We have a double stroller and two coolers.
One is a regular cooler that we put lunches, snacks, and drinks in.

The other is a back pack cooler from costco that we put on the go snacks and drinks in.

So the main cooler stays with double stroller (have 2 daughters that take turns in empty seat).

The backpack cooler is remplenished from main cooler when needed.

Use frozen Gatorade and frozen water bottles to keep both coolers cold. As day progresses you get melted ice cold drinks.

We can get through the entire day with cold drinks and snacks and avoid dehydration and burnout during the crazy aug/sept heat.

Thanks, glad you're having a great time:) We always take snacks and 4-6 bottles of cold water (new WDW fridges dont freeze the water, like the old ones). We use a cooler backpack or our Disney canvas bag, since they will fit in the bottom of our stroller. We can always grab a cup of ice if needed in the parks if the water starts to get warm. We try not to do Gatorade or soda much, except for DH, he likes to have a soda or two during the day, especially with his popcorn:)
