Cooler advice - did I forget anything?

Myself, DH and DD5 are driving to WDW in a few days and I'm making a list for items to pack in a cooler. We're staying at the Pop and may or may not rent a fridge. I plan to eat at the parks most of the time, but I want breakfast choices and late night snacks available in my room. This is what I have thought of so far:

yogurt cups
juice boxes
milk boxes
apples
pasta salad
hot dogs
canned soda

out of cooler:
peanut butter
sandwich bread
crackers
plates & plastic flatware
napkins
muffins
coffee maker & coffee

What do you think? I'd love it if other parents can tell me some snacks/breakfast foods they like to bring to the resort.

We drive and take a cooler - mostly for soda and maybe milk though but we always line the cooler with frozen water bottles - that keeps the stuff cold (in addition to ice that we fill in at the last minute and change out during the week) but then we have cold water bottles to take to the parks with us during the day.

microwave popcorn. You can use the food court microwaves and that something we enjoy in the evening. We also usually take some kind of cheese for sandwiches and crackers. If your family eats cereal, thats another idea.

we always have a cooler with us as we drive over - we take cheese and crackers, prepackaged items like goldfish and other cookies, princess fruit snacks, chex mix, pretzels, dips, bagels and cream cheese, poptarts and of course big girl drinks for mom (and dad!) juice boxes, etc

We took the individual cups/cans of diced fruit and applesauce, along with dried fruit (including raisins) to help keep DS2 regular with all the park food he would be eating ;) . Maybe jello or pudding cups would be a nice evening snack, as well as beef jerky, cereal bars, string cheese/cheese sticks, the little packs of pretzels or breadsticks that you dip in cheese or pb (all comes in individual packages) or fruit roll ups. We also took dry cereal (rice chex, fruity Cheerios, regular Cheerios) in baggies for DS to munch on.

This post reminds me of a question I have... can we bring bottled water/a small soft side cooler into the theme parks at WDW?
