A Physical Education teacher, Lynn Kelley who founded the Kings Firecrackers 13 years ago, said the video of their performance at an Army vs. Navy game in February was posted to the team's Web site in early April, and has ignited national interest.

It is nearly 8 minutes---but very cool to watch (I wish they didn't do crowd shots so much). Towards the end, I was getting goose bumps it was so cool.

My younger DD is on her school's jump rope team. It's so amazing to watch them. They practice 3 hours a week. They are of course, not on this level, since they're just in elementary school.

Their coach loves to get ideas for them from vids like this one, though. I'll make sure she's seen it. That thing they do with all the ropes at 1:50 was amazing - and the thing they did at 4:28 made me dizzy! (and I bet they practice way more than 3 hours a week!)
