cool new adr process!!

Just called for Thanksgiving ADR's and I was pleasantly surprised by the new process. (I haven't called in almost a year so it may not be that new) The cm took all my requests and plugged them in and then, at the end, he took my credit card info and gave me all my confirmation numbers. It is much faster and a good way to double check plans. Yay Disney!!! I got all my Adr's too!!!

So you don't have to do one restaurant, get a number, then the next and so on? I haven't used the new system yet either. This sounds much better!

It is much better and you are having your requests processed faster so that you will be more likely to get more 1st choices!!

This was done when calling for Food & Wine Festival events also. For the first time it was not necessary to book one event at a time and give the same credit card number over and over again for payment.
