I went out for a quest for misting fan yesterday and today. I must have spent an hour in Walmart yesterday just looking for the misting fan. I looked in fan,, camping, gardening, toy sections - no luck. Today I went back and looked around paint section after reading some posts, still nothing 
. Then I decided to go look again around the fan section. I found a really cool fan called IFan. It looks like IPod. There is a necklace attached so you hang it under your neck. It costs about $4 and needs 3 AA batteries. I tried it out with the battery and it's awesome! It doesn't feel heavy at all around my neck, but I only wore it for a few secondes.
