Cooks...help me !!

I really cant cook.....I mean REALLY cant cook.

Ive never had and interest because to be truthful it scares the Bejesus oot o me !!

But DS(8) has developed a real interest and we are going to try and learn toghether.

I do think it gonnae be sooooo cool.


Now Ive got my Jamie Oliver cook book Ive got a question.......

Whats the difference between a crock pot and a casserole dish ?

A crock pot is a small appliance that slow cooks your food, you can put a frozen roast in it in the morning and by 5 it is so nice and tender,

A casserole dish is just any dish that is oven proof, usually a a 4 quart size is used but can be any size depending on your recipe.
