I have a turkey all defrosted and ready to cook. I had planned on cooking it tonight but I couldn't. Does anyone know--can I clean it all out tommorow morning (say around 7:00 am) and season it (no stuffing), can I place it in my refrigerator until around Noon and then cook it?????????? I work tomorrow until 3:30 and I was hoping my DH could pop it in the oven (he won't unless it's completely ready to go) in the afternoon. It's 14 lbs. so it's going to take about 4 hours or so.
If not, I'll be forced to cook it off tonight and slice it and just reheat it for dinner tomorrow.
