DMom watches a lot of them. Hates Bobby Flay! Has notebooks full of printed out recipes - mostly from FoodTV.

I love the Iron Chef America show but not really fond of Bobby Flay either. I have several notebooks full of recipes too

I love Good Eats on the food network. Who knew their was Science behind cooking? Alton is so funny, and so much info on cooking. Rachael Ray 30 minute meals, always gets me to thinking "Hey, maybe I will try that,........ NOT..Ok guys lets go get dinner somewhere."

I don't know why I watch cooking shows, because I don't cook.

I LOVE her down to earth Southern style, and her and her DH Michael are adorable together....what a success rags to riches story about being a single mom too. ..some day I want to eat at her GA restaurant

I also enjoy the on $40 a day show w/Rachel Ray, but alot of the time I think I could beat that price

What I Also Like A Lot, Is The Kraft Family Magazine That I Get In The Mail. I Change Around Some Of The Dessert Receipes And Now Everyone Asks Me To Bake For Their Parties! I Should Start Charging A Fee.....

I'm a Food TV junkie - back before our local cable service finally offered it, we switched to Dish, and that was one of the main reasons. I thought the original Iron Chef was hysterical - half the fun was watching DH gag over yet another Japanese "delicacy" that he wouldn't use for bait.

we've used a few recipes from Emeril, and Paula Deen, and Rachael Ray. I always go to the website when I need a recipe for something. the girls like to watch the contests.

the one I can't stand is the "semi-homemade" show. It's all about looks and presentation and taste is secondary.

Ooh I love the Kraft magazine that I get too.They always send me emails when it's on it's way so I watch the mail.

DH and I both love Food Network. Can't say that we have a favorite...just depends on who's cooking something that looks good to us.

I get the Kraft Magazine, too. Very nice recipes that appeal to many. Okay, truthfully I don't make anything from that magazine unless I'm visiting my parents. They love that kind of food so I save the magazines and when I visit them I select things from there. DH and I have eaten such hot and spicy food for so long now that it's difficult to find new recipes that get us very excited. *Anyone else here into really hot Thai food?*

We all love Good Eats- I love Rachel Ray and Paula Dean - Our Food Network habit is so bad in this house , even my four year old says, " Mommy,
don't turn my cartoons off-unless you want to watch a cooking show. I like those."

I love to watch Paula cook....I wish I had her kitchen....but man oh man....I could never cook like that all the time...I would be 500 lbs....I like Rachel Ray's 30 min meals but I wish she would tie her hair back when she cooks...it is always whipping around....too many stray hair possibilities. I also like the Barefoot Contessa and Everyday Italian.

I like a lot of Rachel Ray's recipes ... but how I hate that giggle/laugh of hers! It drives me crazy! Barefoot Contessa seems a little snobbish for us. Good Eats is definitely a favorite. Emeril is saved on the DVR ...

i loved the orginal iron chef, and now i love the secret life of... looks like i am the only one who finds rachel ray annoying.

If you go back to one of my posts you will see where I hate Rachel Ray's giggle. It is SO annoying ... you aren't the only one.

30-minute meals are a favorite as are the Challenges. I like most of the shows and hosts. It looks like there are going to be some neat new shows this summer.

I prefer the original Iron Chef. Squid Ink ice cream how can you top that?

Love the Food Network,Rachel Ray,Emeril,Barefoot Contessa and Paula Dean. Paula Dean and her sons used to annoy me at first,was just something about them, but her cooking has won me over. Bet my husband wishes their cooking skills would rub off on me.Just because I like to watch cooking shows doesn't mean I like to cook.
