I stopped using the coffee pot and glasses in the rooms after the undercover video of maids washing the coffee pots in the toilet and using cleaning products to spray and wipe down the glasses.

Yep, our default English is Brit English and not American English. It does drive me slightly batty on these boards when my laptop underlines all of my spelling as incorrect so sometimes I just spell the American wayI should have thought of that, I know that's how they say it in the UK as well. Its spelling is different to ours as well.
My husband worked at the Aluminum Plant here and it is amazing how difficult the word is for a lot of people.

Seriously though, I know the video is satire but I'm sure I read somewhere on these boards about people cooking hotdogs in the coffee potto save money....
