Cooking classes?

I seem to remember there were always cooking or baking classes available at WDW long before there was a Disney Institute. Now that the Institute is gone, I don't read anything about classes. Does anyone know if anything like that is available now?

during the food/wine festavial.

there is still a school but mostly just for groups. (sometimes DVCers are allowed to participate - which is how I know about it)

how about a tour instead

The tour won't work unless it's a tour of the kitchens. And we can't make it there for the Food & Wine festival. I still think that Disney should do something, even if it's just demonstrations at some of the nicer restaurants. Anyone know of anything like that?
