It is that time of year again. I just received the girl scout cookies for our community. 1469 cases! All unloaded separated loaded into cars. Now I'm tired. It was killing me that the firemen just watched as me and my other leader moved all these cookies. They thought it was funny that we said we would be out by 330p. we did get out by 345. I didn't think that was bad. At least this year I was able to do a lot more. Last year I was pregnant.
Thanks for listening. Now only to hope that none of the troops start to sell yet. They aren't allow to sell until January 20. I hope they listen. What are the chances of that?

Wow! We got our forms last week at the meeting, but we were allowed to sell to "friends and family" from December 15th. Selling to the general public started January 7th. We've opted out as a troop of doing any booths. I don't care for the way things are handled by the cookie cupboard, so we sell what we sell and that's that.

We had no presales and we are doing booths with both our troops. We usually do a lot of booths with the older girls. the little ones we are going to do only a couple. Last year we picked up a booth for a troop that didn't want to be out in the snow and we sold 171 boxes.

My great nieces got their forms last week and could start selling.

The little girl I watch had her form and was selling.. they got their forms last night...
She got my DH for 3 boxes; me for 2 boxes and one from each of my kidlets.. (they buy their own so they don't have to share w/ their siblings!LOL)...

No, no Shout Outs here. Who is your baker? We have Little Brownie this year (and did last). I like the Thanks-A-Lots from ABC bakers, and the Lemonades, I miss those.

We have a Thank You Berry Munch one, they've got cranberries (a Massachusetts grown item ) and white chocolate chips in them. Soooooo good.

We have abc baker. Our council changed a couple years ago. The county next to us used to have little brownie baker and now we are central and southern NJ. Most of NJ had ABC baker.
The shout outs are like ginger snaps but more sweet

Oh, that sounds good. I love ginger snaps! The next town over (where my sisters live) have a different council with ABC. I'll have to find out if they have those...

they should. they got rid of the daisy go rounds. they were the 100 calorie packs that were like teddy grahams

I've been thinking about girl scout cookies and wondering when they were coming out or if I missed them. Hope to see the girls at Shoprite or Wawa's so I can get a few boxes

We aren't allowed to sell at WaWa. The sale starts for us on January 20. We just signed up for our cookie booths today. I have 8 booths. What was I thinking. We have our girl scout dance tonight. Wish me luck. I worked until 7am and only slept 3 hours. Give me strength.
