We were there a couple of weeks ago for cookie boats, and although it was delicious, it wasn't quite as spectacular as I've seen in pictures. There was no candy sail or anything and the plating wasn't all pretty. I think that it's because they're doing some sort of kitchen refurb right now and hopefully that's temporary, but I don't know for sure. It could have been because we pissed them off by only ordering dessert, who knows. We all really enjoyed it anyway, though.

What's the pirate's treasure chest plate in the background of the yummy cookieboat? It looks interesting!
As far as the sail goes, we had no sail. Our waitress told us that the company that makes the sails for Disneyland stopped making them. She thought it was some sort of contract dispute. She warned us before we ordered it in case that was the only reason we were getting the cookie boat. Admittedly, it didn't look as cool without the sail but
The food there does look good I'm just not sure we can afford to eat there other than dessert. It's the first day of a two week trip on a tight budget. Think we'll see how we feel. I kinda wanna have the chicken.![]()
any idea if there is nuts in the cookie boat? I have never had that when I've been there.
...Admittedly, it didn't look as cool without the sail but who cares? We ordered it to eat not to look at...
Nope, no nuts.![]()
