I have an odd question. I have a goal of running to Disney World. (figuratively speaking). I have run 402 of my 1208 mile goal. I want to start calculating some of my miles on the elliptical. However, I know the miles are not equal. So, any best quess? If I go 10 miles on the elliptical, then how many miles should I record on my chart? 8? 7? 5? Something else? Can't be done? Any thoughts? Thank you
