Convention tickets?

We have a convention coming up and I was using the link to buy tickets for that and out next trip, But I had to break it up bc I had gift cards and you can oly use so many methods of payment. (buying tickets for 8 people) Now it says I have to call to order. Is there a limit to how many tickets you can buy or something? Or is it just Disney IT being stupid as usual?

Maybe based on the number of people in the room attending the convention? And now since tickets are date based, you may only be able to buy the convention tickets for the dates of the convention??? Stupid is a good option, too!

Were you able to complete online? I was planning on buying 5 tomorrow incase the price goes up for a convention this summer.

Aren't convention tickets only good after 4pm?? I know the one I went to 4 years ago were only good after 4pm and then only like $20 cheaper.

There are 3 different ones on the link I had. Full day, after 1 and after 5. I got 4 day hoppers for less than 4 day single park tickets.
