ok, so i have wondered this for a while. in that section in MK inbetween adventure land and frontier land what are they building there. its been there for a while. and i was just wonderin if anyone knew about that.

I actually never ever walk past it lol. I always go through that bathroom passage way[you know what I am talking about...]to get to frontierland/adventurland.

Are you talking about the area around the fry-cart?? If so, this is what screamscape had to say about it:

According to this graphic (see below) one of our sources sent in, the McDonalds Fry Cart in Frontierland is getting a makeover and will soon look like this when it reopens in January 2009. From what we’ve been told, when it reopens it will see more than just fries however, and likely sell other food options like wraps, salads and chicken.

Oh golly, wow, whoopee Disney, expand a McDonalds. Just what we all have been waiting for. We can get McDonalds ANYfreakin'WHERE give us something more in tune with the amount of $$$$ we are forced to spend on WDW property.......

It already did expire- and any trace of McDonalds has already been removed from DL-

I asked the cm about the fry cart during the kttkt, and she stated that they will "always have McDonalds' fries." I shook my head in disbelief, knowing that all signs and food of McD had already been removed at DL. Soo.... who knows what brand of food they plan to stock it with. It's surprising that they would replace a snack credit cart with a cs right across from Pecos tho.

Yum McDonalds can't wait, but really I am not excited about this at all. Not just because I don't want McDonalds in the park, but because Peco's Bill is right next to it. Although from the concept art, the building looks like it will be really nice, but will it have a back story to go with it.

So that is what they're doing! I've been wondering what it was ever since they put the construction area up... I dont see why they are doing this though. Maybe people complain about not having a low priced place to just grab something? Its funny because Peco's Bills is right next to it and they sell wraps and hamburgers there. Amazing ones too... yum! I wish I had one right now. I wish I could figure out why they still have McDonalds there even though they have them everywhere else in America... I wish Disney World was an exception.
