We are going through a private owver and closing with timeshare services, inc. Should this be something that we, the buyer provide, or should it be the seller's responsibility?
We just found out that we need one today (only because I contacted the closing service and found out that nothing was submitted to ROFR).
Does it need to be that formal of a contract, or would a letter stating the specifics due?
