Contracts Not Showing

Looking at the ‘manage vacation points’ summary page and one of my contracts is not showing up at all for 2025 and 2026 for some reason. All contracts show for 2024 and 2027 … gonna make a call later to figure out what is going on and whether this might have something to do with why I can’t change the order of contract use for an upcoming 2025 (Oct UY) reservation …

Before I start: I have no reason to believe my points are actually gone, just thought it would be funny to parody "all my apes gone".

Somehow I logged in during site maintenance and my dashboard is kinda wild right now:


Oddities:

• My JUN UY (top):
  • Has only 2 contracts instead of the normal 6
    • VGC and BLT
    • VGC is this membership/UY's primary contract, but BLT is a 2024 addition
  • Has only older years listed: 2009, 2014, 2022, and 2023
  • I kiiinda understand 2009, maybe even 2014, but not the whole set
• My DEC UY (bottom):
  • ...
