Hi Ladies,

I had a quick contract question. Just the other day I sent my coordinator all the information that the she requested in order for her to get my contract ready. She said that it would be ready by the end of next week and that it will be emailed to me. Am I mistaken or isn't the contract suppose to come through the actual mail? Also, my other question is, when do you get the APs? I thought it was suppose to come with your contract in the mail?

TIA!

they emailed me my contract, i printed it, signed it and fed exed it off. when they sent me back the signed contract, i got my vouchers!

Last summer I did a custom and I think the contract came by mail. Last week we rescheduled our custom for an Escape and the contract came via email. WE have to sign and mail it back, then they'll mail it back again with their signatures too. HTH

The contract was e-mailed. You print it out and sign it, then send it back with your deposit. A few weeks after that you will get a copy of it back with all the DFTW signatures. The APs come back with the copy of the contract.

My coordinator asked if i prefered email or regular postal mail. i went with email to get it quicker and since my parents are in another state i could just email it off to them.

Also, the email for request of info was sent 9/21 i sent everything back 9/24

recieved my contract in email on 10/05/07

it was due 10/18/07

i still havent gotten anything back.

My parents said they recieved our free room night voucher, cake and music package.

i have been in contact with my planner and set up my planning session for 04/14/07

I also was in contact with my coordinator to find out about the save the dates. Since I gave my guest list back with all the request info back in sept

according to her they were suppose to go out yesterday. 11/06/07

How did you guys sent back the contract? I think Caryn said she Fed Exed it, but is it ok to just use the regular USPS?

We are having an Escape wedding, I received my contract via email and sent it back by courier as we are from the UK. We haven't had any thing sent through the post, it's all come via email. Nothing has been mentioned about our ap's either??? Do you think I should ask my co-ordinator?

Have you received your signed contract back yet? According to the other Disbrides, the APs come back with the signed contract. I believe it goes in this order: DFTW emails you the contract, you print and sign, mail it to DFTW, they sign, and mail it back to you with the APs.

I just sent my contract back a couple weeks ago. I used USPS priority mail, which only took 3 days for them to receive it (from Hawaii even!). Not as quick as overnight or express, but not as expensive either. I spent $5.25 for postage including the delivery confirmation. :thumbsup2

I DO NOT recommend the postal service. I had a horrid experience and almost lost my date due to their 'system'. I would recommend FED EX or UPS. They actually track their products every step of the way via a scan and barcode procedure. The postal service "clarified" for me, after numerous phone calls, that the dates given for priority mail are an estimate, not a guarantee and that they don't start looking for lost priority mail until after 14 days. They don't electronically track mail like the other two do. Just an FYI !!

Good to know. Thank you! I'll probably Fed Ex or Ups it just to be on the safe side.
