Contract question for resale

I believe with direct purchase, you have 10 days to change your mind if you don't want your contract. Does this work for resale as well? Or can the seller change their mind? What if the contract has gone to ROFR? Just trying to settle a debate.

My contract stated the following

Yes, it's Florida law - 10 days after signing. It doesn't matter if it is resale or direct.

If you cancel within the 10 days contract, you aren't in default, so you get your deposit back. You only in default if you failed to perform within the terms of the contract agreement, but since contract states you have 10 days to cancel, than you will be all right.
