Continental Extra Legroom Seats

I'll be booking an international flight on Continental in the coming days, and I'm noticing that they have what is called "Extra Legroom Seats". It says that they are available for purchase, but it doesn't give me the fee until I book.

Anyone know roughly how much extra these seats will cost?

It depends on the distance of the flight.

Most international flights I have booked with United, who took over Continental, were $79 or $99 each way.
