looking to switch my 15 night stay at Pop this summer to 3 contiguous stays using a summer discount. We have AP vouchers. I also asked on FP thread but want opinions and fear it won’t be seen there. I have two questions:
1- can I book all FastPasses for all days (14) at my 60 day window from the first part of the trip if I break it into 3 separate trips before the booking window opens?
2- if I book the fastpasses at 60 days and then split the trip into 3 parts for the discount after this will I retain my
Fastpasses?
I am assuming my reservation number will change into 3 separate ones when I break up the trip.
Thanks in advance

1. Yup.

2. Yup.

Yup.

Also something to think about is if you drive a car. If you made your reservation before they started charging for parking the two new hotels you add to your stay will now require you to pay to pay.

Luckily I don’t drive so that won’t be a factor. If I did I would have left the reservation alone because the added cost wouldn’t be worth it.

Then you’re golden. Split stays are fun you get to experience different resorts. I try to pick the parks around which hotel I’m staying at like when I’m an Epcot resort I’d go to Epcot and Hollywood studios mostly. Have a great trip!

If you have any difficulty booking your FP+ and need to call (like my account was not recognizing my AP and said I needed tickets), they will tell you no that each stay is its own reservation window even if they stay is contiguous. Don’t listen to them. They’re wrong. The CM on the phone tried to tell me that I could only book for my first stay in my split stay, and when I pushed back and let her know the system allows you to book for your contiguous stay if you’re doing a split stay, she told me it was a system glitch. She was telling me this as I was booking FP+ for the rest of the party for my entire stay across our split stays while they were trying to figure out why my AP was not being recognized and when I pointed it out, all I got was an “oh. It’s a glitch.”

Oh lord I hope that doesn’t happen to me. I was making the change from one reservation to the three contiguous ones at Pop and got disconnected as the lady was reading my confirmation number for the first one. She wasn’t the best person at doing this either. Very very slow. I had not given her my credit card info yet. Called back and while I waited for another agent to take the call decided to book myself online. Got the 15 nights booked and saved almost $500.
