Contempory rooms and check in time

Hi everyone,

I looked on the FAQ message board, but couldn't find the answer to these questions.

**Does the daybed fold out like the couch on DCL?

**What time is check in? (Old age, I can't remember from past visits...LOL)

The daybed does not foldout. I believe that check in is at 3:00 P.M. When are you going to CR? We arrive next Sat.; can hardly wait!

Official check in time is 3 PM but honestly, you can check in anytime. Sometimes rooms are ready, sometimes not, but if not, you can still get a key and call back for your room number.

We did check in during Spring Break at about 11 AM and our room was ready - Tower , 10th floor, facing Magic Kingdom.

Thanks for the info. I'm going with some friends for a scrapbooking weekend event. Last year it was at the Holiday Inn on I Drive, and this year was scheduled for the Hyatt. With the Hyatt closing the sponsor had to scramble to locate a venue large enough for 350 addicted scrapbookers. We all love Disney so we are thrilled that it will be at the Contemporary for the next 3 years. We won't be going until the second weekend in August.

The daybed just flips over to make a standard size twin bed...best "sofabed" I have ever slept on.
