Contemporary Value Season

I was wondering how well of a chance I would have getting a MK tower room in the value season. I don't really want a view of Bay Lake. If I can't get a view of the MK, I don't want to spend the money paying extra for a Tower room. I have never stayed here, but would like to for my mom's 50th bday. She loves the place just from pics. haha Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
