Contemporary Theme Park View ever discounted?

We have decided to go ahead and book the theme park view at the Contemporary with DU for Nov. 26- Dec.1. I really hope a code comes out, but I am wondering if these rooms are ever discounted? Would they apply the code to a TPV room (two actually)? We are okay with the rack rate but I would LOVE a discount code.

Disney will discount whatever rooms they have an excess inventory of, so if they need to fill CR theme park view, then they would be included in the code availability. However, that's a pretty popular room type, so I wouldn't be surprised if they don't show availablility when/if any codes come out for that time period.

I have two CR MK view rooms booked for Feb. '08. I booked them at '07 rack (knowing the prices would inevitably rise for '08) because I know these rooms tend to sell out. Of course I am hoping for a discount or code (we do qualify for AAA rates), but I am okay with the price because I really want the view for us. Do I feel torn about the expenditure of $ for the rooms? You bet I do!

WHAT WAS THE RACK RATE THEY QUOTED YOU AND WILL THEY CHARGE YOU IF THE ROOM RATE GOES UP IN 2008? I STEYED AT A MAGIC KINGDOM VIEW ROOM A FEW YEARS AGO IN 2005 IT WAS AWESOME SEEING THE FIREWORKS AND CASTLE AT NIGHT, IAM THINKING ABOUT TAKING THE FAMILY BACK IN 2008 , PROBABLY POLYNESIAN I HEAR THEY HAVE GREAT VIEWS ALSO, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE FURTHER AWAY.
