We got a MK view room once at a discount rate, and I'm very glad to have done it, but would not be spending that much $$$ very often. It was a little surprising to find out that if you look down, it's a parking lot view! And all the busses going into the MK will drive right by the CR, so it's not the quietest ......... but very cool. We could sit on the bed and see the castle.
If you request an upper floor (recognizing that concierge rooms are in the highest floors), there will be a clear view over the trees. Hope you have a great time, whichever room or resort you choose. It's very fun to walk to the MK in 7 minutes and to ride the monorail and rent the little boats and zoom around the lakes.
