We would like to try and get some pictures from the observation deck at the CR.
Is it easy to get up there?
Can you go up there even if you aren't a CR guest or eating at Cali Grill?
Anyone done it before?

That observation deck isn't open to the public, only to guests of California Grill. Reservations are checked before they even allow you into the elevator.

read the dining thread, according to a recent patron you may goto the lounge. It's in the cali grill going downhill thread.

The only way to access that area is by making an ADR for dinner at the California Grill.
