have they completed constuction on the main concourse area of the Contemporary? It was under construction on our last visit and they were creating a food and fun center or something- is it in the same area as Chef Mickey's? My youngest son doesn't like characters so I was wondering where my husband could take him while my older kids eat.... Thanks for any advice-

Construction of the new counter service location which is to be called Chef Mickey's Express has not started yet and won't happen until the Concourse Steakhouse closes, since that is where it will be located. The Concourse Steakhouse will either close on May 15th or June 1st, however since there are two different sets of dates out there no one knows for sure. Either way once it closes no matter the date construction of Chef Mickey's Express will start right away. It was rumoured to have an opening on August 15th however if the closing date for the Concourse Steakhouse is June 1st, I am not sure they will get it open by then.
