That cupcake was heaven on earth!!! Vanilla cake with oozing caramel in the middle topped with a light caramel frosting and chocolate shavings around it. Will feed two. I'll post a pic if I remember how to.

seriously, that's amazing looking. (and here I thought the Skinny Cow Dulce de Leche truffle bars were awesome! ) The cupcakes are one thing I've learned from my Dis friends....when we go in Sept, I'm afraid we're going to have a cupcake-a-thon!! I've never knew such wonder existed!!!

YES!!! I ordered a cupcake last trip when we ate a Counter Service meal at Contempo Cafe and it was excellent! And they're definitely photo-worthy as well! Haha!

How in the world did I miss that in May ? We stayed at CR for 8 nights and were in the Contempo several times and I never saw that, it looks delicious.

I just had to add to this thread......

We left Disney yesterday and we got one of these as a snack for the road (we were using up our snack credits). My hubby and I decided we would just split it later.

OMG!!!!!!!!!! We decided to eat it after 3 hours in the car and it was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was absolutely the BEST cupcake I have ever had!!!! I soooo wish we would have eaten this right after we got it b/c I would have gotten a dozen to take home (yes we had that many & more snack credits left).

We have already decided that on our next trip, we will definitely be stopping at the Contemporary for these!!!!
