Contacting Randy Chapman?

Has anyone had any problems lately when emailing Randy?

I emailed him on 25th October and chased it again on the 3rd November, but still no response?.....

I was able to get in contact with him over email several weeks ago. I sent him the contract and deposit $ earlier this week and haven't heard back since then. Try emailing/calling him again. He's probably just been busy taking care of so many other Disney brides!

I called earlier in the week and didn't hear back, so called the next day (I think it was) or the day after and spoke to Linda...I'm thinking they're just been very busy...is it a possibility for you to try them on the phone?

I have never contacted them by e-mail but I spoke to Linda over the phone yesterday. They seem to be pretty easy to reach by phone! HTH!

It is a busy time for wedding season....I heard from him right away - he emailed and called within two days. I'm sure he's probably tied up at weddings!
