Contacting Polynesian Concierge

We booked thru Dreams so it is my understanding that we will not recieve any confirmation or planning/request form from them. However I would like to send them a letter I drafted about how much I have been looking forward to staying with them. Is this acceptable? And if this is, who should I send this to?

Regardless of who you booked through you should still get pre-planning service from the concierge.

Here is the email for the Polynesian Conciege. Just tell them who you are and when you are coming and they will set you up with what you need.
