Contacting DLRP

Does anyone have a number I can call for general enquiries? I've used the official website to "Contact" DLRP and filled in the mini question form and submitted it but no-one ever gets back to me!! I've been trying for weeks now to get some things answered but to no avail. I'm going to simply call them and ask....if i could find a number that is!!

Anyone know how to do this? Or had similar problems - is there an email address I can use instead?

This is the only number I have for DLRP 08702 42 60 83. I did call last night to add Fantasy Breakfast and they were very helpful.
