I had a ticket issue and need to contact Disney. I sent an e-mail via the contact us form on the WDW page, but so far have not heard anything back....other then their standard "we got your message" e-mail.
Is there a better way to contact them? Does anyone know how long a reply could be in coming? It's already been at least a week.
