We had a disappointment at Sassagoula Floatworks at POFQ (despite the fact that's usually where we love to eat), and we also had a surprisingly good service experience at Chefs de France. Does anyone have an address, email address, or web link to where I can write about these experiences that I wanted to bring to the attention of the people in charge at these restaurants?

Hopefully someone will be along to give you the information you requested, but may I ask why you did not report it while you were there? That is always the best thing to do when it comes to customer service. That way it can be dealt with as soon as it happens instead of having to put things together at a later time. As a manager, I would prefer to deal with it when it is all fresh (both good and bad).

I think the management or chef must have changed at POFQ. We usually are beyond happy with Sassagoula but have had a number of bad experiences on our 2 trips this year. We kept trying again thinking it was a fluke but it wasn't. Breakfast platter foods were not warm enough and bacon was very off tasting. Even after we told them we found that the next DAY they were still serving the same bacon. Dinner foods just not the same quality as years past. The menu changes which eliminated many sandwiches and added a number of poboy options instead all taste basically the same--too much bread and bland filling. We eat at lot at our resort because it's easier with my allergies than park QS but after a few days of trying on our last trip we switched to eating at POR and were much happier.

Sorry to hear you had a bad dining experience. We had a bad experience at Le Cellier and did bring it to the attention of the manager, who basically could have cared less so I stopped at Guest Relations in Epcot and these are the addresses they gave me:

Thanks for posting this - I was going to ask the same question. We had an absolutely awful experience at Narcoossee's, and the manager totally blew us off. The food was all pretty bad (except the desserts), and the service was so slow and our server was very neglectful of our table. We went in knowing what we wanted, and it took over 3 hours from the time we were seated until we left, very unhappy. It totally ruined our plans for the evening and our children were so upset.

On the flip side, we had a stunning experience at Artist Point and also spoke to the manager about how wonderful the food and service were, and he was quite gracious. Mmmm, I'm practically drooling just thinking about that yummy scallop dish!
