Contact Person at the Yachtsman Steakhouse??

Hi, does anyone know who the contact person at the YSH is and their telelphone number? We are trying to make arrangements for our dinner after our VR.

I was also trying to make a group reservation with YSH for our intimate wedding reception. The number I have is 407-934-3818. They ask that you leave your date, phone #, and email address. I received an email about 2 days after leaving my message. The manager provided a sample menu and told me that the maximum capacity for the private-ish area is 20. HTH!

I am glad I was not the only one that felt tossed around. I finally found a kind woman at WDW dining to help me get the number to Ohana so I could speak to them as well for our welcome dinner!!

Are you still looking at the California Grill as well? Also a great choice!! I spoke with Narcoosee's a few minutes ago, they were very quick to respond, and the Manager was so friendly. I am having a hard time making a final decision!!

Yes, I think we've settled on the Sonoma Room @ California Grill. I was really in love with Yachtsman as we wanted all of our events near Epcot. BUT... our wedding day also happens to be my 30th birthday so I wanted something extra special for our dinner. I hope we like the food because we have never eaten at California Grill.

Citrico's was extremely helpful when I called. We were looking at the Chef's Domain, but it only seats 12. Victoria & Albert's was also helpful, but I don't know how they would feel about taking the children in our party there.

I am so excited for you!! What an awesome birthday present!! The view from California Grill is unmatched by any I have seen...it is breathtaking. The food is wonderful and if you like sushi you are in for a treat!! We had the opportunity to attend a party in the Napa room last Christmas...you will not be disappointed!! I only wish we had more people joining us so we could reserve the Sonoma room!!

It looks like you are getting married 4 days after us!! Will you be at WDW early in the week?

I will be driving to Orlando on 12/12. I'm a teacher and I'm taking 2 days off for the wedding. Luckily we will be on break after that. We're planning to stay until 12/18.

Any word from YSH? I was so worried that someone would take our time or date. From what I understand, though, you can't book YSH until 180 days out. It will be good to start planning with management beforehand.
