Contact number for Virgin??

I have already tried two numbers this morning - 0870 220 0088 and 0870 220 2468 - neither of which i can get through to Customer Services Department. Both have an answer machine that gives the opening hours for the bank holiday weekend!! Anyone got any other numbers?

I've just been through to 0870 220 2788 with no problem.

I wasn't looking for customer services, but I think one of the options was for 'enquiries with existing bookings' - would that fit the bill?

After dialling the above number, then press 3, then press 4, then put on hold for ever.............I hate phoning Virgin up!

Yep......still on hold! Waiting to see if i can take advantage of the offer of 10 days for the price of 7 at CSR next year, even though i have already booked..........

No they cannot honour this deal because i have already made the booking - don't know whether to phone again (have already sent an email!) I'm not a happy bunny today

Disappointed with Virgin too this year - you have my full sympathy as we've tried to enquire about their ever changing "deals".

YES!!!!! They didn't even know what offer i was talking about and i had to guide him to it on their own website...what's all that about! I can't understand what he was saying and he couldn't understand me.

Well it is a little hard going - but don't want to sound mean or anything - I have had to make several calls at different times as I wasn't convinced they had understood my requests. Still - hopefully won't need to bother them again as I now know my Disney reservation number so I can call direct.
