Is there a contact number for Fair FX other than their emergency lost card one?

My friend has been waiting for her new cards to arrive for a week (I know, they aren't late) and we go on holiday next Tuesday. She's SO stressed about them not arriving (it's all her holiday money) that she's stressing me out beyond belief

I think she'd relax if she knew they were on route or could ask what to do if they don't get here. She has emailed them but hasn't had a response yet. Any suggestions? I got mine within a few days and other people on here seem to have had as well but it's been a week.
