Does anyone know how I can contact people who have some kind of authority/decision-making power for the Disney Store?

I realize that in the big scheme of life these days my issue is really insignificant... but if retailers like Disney want Americans to buy, buy, and buy more during this time, they're going to have to work with us.

This morning my store informed me that they did not receive pin #12. "Rules" prohibited them from saving one pin for me (for when they come in.) This is definitely a problem that could have an easy Disney-like solution -- let people RSVP a pin when they showed up early enough to pick up their pins in the first place. Why make people go crazy trying to complete their set just because someone in the mailroom made a mistake? ARRRGGHHHHHH!!!!

Also, the 5 pin limit just doesn't seem sufficient. This week my local store saw bigger lines -- reportedly because the other DS nearby had pin sharks going there every Saturday to grab up all of the pins they can. They are depleting the supplies at that store! We need the DS to do what they did for the Millennium pins -- a two pin limit on the first day of issue.

Thanks for any info -- I'd also appreciate anyone else joining me in a writing/calling campaign to Disney about this. If you need help with a template for your letter, please let me know.
