Contact info for Travelzoo?

I need help :scared1: I lost my credit card (but found it in my house :guilty: ) By the time I found it, the credit card company canceled it for me. Now my problem is that I have 2 ressies thru Travel Zoo with that card. I called the hotel directly to tell them since my card has not been charged but will be the day before arrival. They told me I had to contact Travelzoo. I do not have a contact number for them. When I made my ressies, I did it on my desktop. I am sure they sent me the email confirmation but my desktop is in the shop being repaird. I am afraid it may have been lost. I do have a copy of the first confirmation that they send you stating your confirmation number, your hotel and all the other info. No where on there does it have a number to contact them though. At the bottom of my page (from printing it out) it shows it was actually booked thru ihotelier company. I did email them but their site seems more like the business end of it for investers, not the travel end.

Does anyone have any contact info for Travelzoo? their website doesn't have a link either....:confused: I do not want them to see my card is not good and then cancel my ressie on me... I havde to give them my new card info..... thanks in advance....
 
I did & there really isn't any place that I can go to. I am confused on the hotel's part. The confirmation I have states that the credit card will be charged 24 hours prior to check in. The website (checked other deals) states that you can book online or directly with hotel. That leads me to believe that is why there is no contact info. I am thinking it is really the hotel I need to contact and the woman that I spoke with there really had no clue on it. She did not even take my name to check my reservation. :confused3 :confused3 I do not check in until Oct 26th so I still have time. I will try again with the hotel and see what they say. I am also thinking of contacting my credit card company to see if there is anything they can do.
My sister booked for Thanksgiving (which is my second ressie) and she printed out her email confirmation. I remembered after posting my question here. I called her and her actual email confirmation has no contact number either. It only gives the hotel contact which really leads me to think that it is the hotel I need to give my new info to.

I am wondering if anyone has used Travelzoo and had to cancel. If so, whom ever they contacted to cancel would be who I have to contact to give my new credit card number to.
 
I forgot to mention, I did actually do an email where they post to send comments. I just do not know if they answer emails there.
 

I don't know if this helps but I made a reservation through travelzoo earlier and had to change the dates. The way I did it was to modify the reservation directly on the hotel's website with my confirmation #. I sure each hotel has a different way of changing information but I would still think that it is the hotel that needs the new card number. The way I see it is Travelzoo is a company that gathers deals at different hotels and advertises them on their website. They don't really have anything to do with the actual reservations. I may be wrong but that's the way I understand it. Hope this helps
