We lost DD's Castaway Cay sunhat at Disney Studios on Sunday. I know it's a longshot, but how do I contact lost and found?

That's the number for Lost and Found at the TTC, which I believe is the main Lost and Found. If not, I'm sure they can direct you to the right place.

Thank you for the contact number! DH called this morning. They have the hat and are mailing it out today, no charge!

We were so upset to have lost that hat (a souvenir from our DCL cruise last summer). I am shocked and thrilled that we are getting it back!

That's amazing that the Studios still had your hat! Our DS left his embroidered MM ears in the WL gift shop last year. We didn't realize it until we got home. I took a chance (because WL is the last place I remembered seeing him with them) and called the resort, and sure enough they had them and mailed them free of charge.

I received DD's hat in the mail today. I'm so happy!

We bought this hat on our cruise last summer because we lost her Gymboree sunhat (bought specifically for the cruise) the first day on board. No one had the decency to turn it in

I would just like to say that I'm very grateful to the good-hearted person who went out of his/her way to pick up DD's hat and turn it in, as well as the WDW TTC Lost and Found. While I'm at it, thank you to everyone who picks up lost items and turns them in to lost and found. You never know what something means to someone. We are planning on keeping this hat for DD, as a souvenir from her first Disney experience. We hope that, someday, her children will wear it. (I'll be a lot more careful with it, now!)
