Contact Info for GCH General Manager?

We had to wait an hour or a little more after our check in time for our room. And we only got our room then because we were both on top of the front desk and managers. Other than the room check in we had a great stay and thought the service was top notch (like it should be).

unfortunately, i dont have much help but to say that Im sorry you had a bad experiance.

i myself, and a few of my fellow friends hope your park experiance will be good and fun as i try to have fun with guest. ^_^

Our park experience was great... and kudos to you for dealing with all of us guests (cuz some of us can be a serious pain in the rear... I stood in line around a few ;) )

Totally OT - but hey, its my thread - Did you get to see the taping of High School Musical for the Christmas special?? (I think it was the 11th)
 
We have stayed at the GCH 6 times. We have always had wonderful service. I think it is a fantastic hotel and we love staying there.
 

Unfortunately as a consumer you have NO RIGHTS, but you do have expectations. If they say that 1600 is check in time, so no matter what a CM says, it is a good possibility you will not get in earlier.
They easiest way is to fill out a formal complaint form and never stay there again. Even the crappiest hotels will stay in business as long as people make ressie's to stay there.
It would be interesting to see the % of the number of people who stay and have a great experience to the number of who do not(on a daily basis). If that number is low, do not expect a change it is not worth their time.
I would be totally wicked and sitting in the managers office, most folks do not want to put energy into doing this because it brings down all the positive things going on.
