Contact Info - Disneyland - Phone?

I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at Disneyland. We go next week and I cannot get into my account/app online. I’ve done the “give us your email and we will contact you”. Nothing. I’ve filled out the online question forms. Nothing. Someone help!

or the Chat through the app? (Unsure if you have to login to send a message… which doesn’t help you)

but fair warning on the chat, it takes days to reply. And it’s not an actual chat. Just a reply (they close the chat immediately after replying) So I would start the chat with a clear “problem with my account, who can I contact?” Or something like that.
(I actually had to contact them twice because they gave me a generic answer that didn’t answer my question. So I asked for a very specific email versus a general one)

Sadly after reopening it seems they have phone operators/guest service lines as the last to be cared about.

Main resort phone number is 714-781-4000 (press 1 if you're a guest).... but I also tried it and long message plays, and then "sorry extremely high call volume", click- disconnected. Pretty bad service for guests spending thousands of dollars, yet I know we all keep buying tickets.
