Contact Disney via Email?

Maybe someone out there can help me!? Is it possible to contact Disney via email to confirm things such as Disney's Magical Express Bookings, and Dining Reservations? The reason I ask is because I have quite a lot of fairly complicated arrangements which would be more easily understood via email rather than a long phone call! If not I guess I'll just get dialing!!!
