Constructive criticism

Would some of y'all check this meets index for me? It's <b>HERE</b>

I threw it together pretty quickly and I think it may have some bugs to be worked out.

I'm pretty computer impaired but I try. It looked much nicer in my word processor than it looks after I posted it.

If you can make suggestions to help me make this index better, I would appreciate your help
