Construction walls are down at both hogsmead station and London waterfront this morning

Awesome! Looks fantastic!

I've been worried that it may not be open by the time of our visit (June 21-23). But it just occurred to me, seeing those pics, that even if DA is not open, we might be able to ride Hogwart's Express. Since it is outside of DA, it might open (or soft open) before the rest of the area.

Here's a photo from Obi Ubamba at Orlando United that shows that you'll have to leave your rental strollers.

Mark Woodbury, the president of Universal Creative, was seen entering Diagon Alley today. It appears that some kind of announcement is coming shortly.

Maybe a soft this weekend?? That would be nice for DS B day.

A few notes that happened today too, the park hours have changed for the rest of the summer, no more 8AM openings for IOA, and both parks have the same hours through August.

Also, for Halloween Horror Nights, this is now on the website

http://www.halloweenhorrornights.com/orlando/rides.html

"The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ — Diagon Alley™ will not be open during this event."

Damo, Does that mean no strollers anywhere inside or just for the rides?

That means if you have a rental stroller you have to return it before the train ride to the other park.

I'm so excited. Even though we are not planning to go until 2015. I can live through all the awesome pics and updates

So bummed! We left yesterday afternoon & we trying to peek over the wall to see what we could. Would have been thrilled to just be able to take some pictures. Oh well, gives us a reason for another trip!

I wonder if they will give the customer a receipt so that they can get a new stroller once they disembark.

Yup. There is another photo of the pram pickup.

This is just for the Hogwart's Express. Not for the Diagon Alley area.

Another reason the walls are coming down is that they are getting ready to shoot commercial and print work for Diagon Alley.
I had mentioned on other threads that a very close friend of ours is a professional make-up artist and dresser who works for Adrenaline Films and they do a lot of work for USF.
She did 2 weeks at CBBR right before opening.
She will be working there from 2 am on 6/10 until 3 am on 6/11. She asked if I wanted to be an extra but alas my wife says work is more important . . . .

Can't wait till I am there in late October to see this.:) I am getting really excited seeing all these pictures. Hope it lives up to the hype after hearing disappointing things from Disney's mine train.:worried:
Oh and it looks great btw.
