Construction Question

We just went to Universal last week and noticed as we were driving in a bit on construction going on behind(to the left of) Royal Pacific.Does anyone know what that is going to be?

Rubble and demolition lot for Jaws and Amity. Also a rumor about a 4th onsite hotel. Time will tell.
