Construction on the 192 ?

Does anyone know if the construction on the 192 is completed yet? I know when we were down in Dec 2000 they still had a long ways to go (they seem to have been at this for years! LOL)And how does the strip look now as I've heard it was supposed to be really nice and pedestrian friendly.

Construction is done finally. It looks really great. Large walkways along 192.
